Terms of use
Last changed 2026-11-06
These terms cover Election Flips at https://electionflips.com, by Fezz, run by Threat Vector Management (“the operator”). Using the site means accepting them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Election Flips is a personal side project of Fezz, run under the name Threat Vector Management. It does not represent, and is not endorsed by, any employer, past or present.
What this site is
An unofficial project that maps results of the November 3, 2026 U.S. midterm elections. Artificial intelligence (AI) does the research and the daily updates, automated checks must pass before anything is published, and a person does not review each update. It is not an election office, a news organization or a campaign, and it does not tell anyone how to vote. Official results come from state and county election offices.
Credit is required
Credit is a condition of every use. No credit, no permission. Any use of this site's map, wording, selection, design, code or compiled data must carry the visible, linked credit set out in the citation policy. A use without that credit is outside these terms and is not licensed.
What you may do, with that credit
- Link to it, and quote or summarize it.
- Use it in search and in AI answers, within the rules in robots.txt.
- Use it to train AI models, only with that credit: you may use this data, including to train AI models, only if you credit “Fezz, electionflips.com” with a link wherever it is shown or used. No credit, no permission.
- Use the data file.
Reading the site needs no credit. Linking to it is itself credit.
What you may not do
- Republish, mirror or frame the whole page, or sell access to its contents, without written permission.
- Use anything here without the required credit, or remove the Fezz mark or the credit.
- Present this site as official or final results, or suggest that Fezz or the operator endorses you or your product.
- Use it to mislead anyone about election results or about when, where or how to vote.
- Attack, overload or try to break the site. Good-faith security research is covered by the security policy.
Who owns what
Vote counts and race results are public facts, and no one owns them. The selection, wording, design and code of this site belong to the operator. Sources linked from the site belong to their owners, and the operator does not control them.
Copies of the page
If the page's code is copied and run on another website, it reports that website's address back to this site. The privacy policy lists exactly what that report holds.
No promises about accuracy
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no warranty of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a purpose or uninterrupted service. It can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Do not rely on it for legal, financial or voting decisions. Check the official source before acting on any result.
Limit on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from the site. The operator's total liability for any claim about the site is limited to US$0.01. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
If your use causes a claim
If your breach of these terms leads to a claim against the operator, you are responsible for the resulting losses and reasonable legal costs, to the extent the law allows.
Paid and special permission
Anything beyond these terms needs written permission from the operator. If you have a signed agreement with the operator, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.
Changes and ending
These terms can change, and the date above shows the latest version. Daily updates to results do not change them. Daily updates run through 2027-01-04, and the site can change or stop at any time.
Law that applies
The laws of the State of Florida, U.S., govern these terms, apart from their conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Florida. Nothing here removes a right that the law of your home state or country says cannot be removed.
